The 3 Acts/Sections against cyber bullying.

Its true in INDIA, there is not specific Act against cyber bullying and cyber crime,

 But  there are some section and Acts which works against cyber bullying.

1. INFORMATIOM TECHNOLOGY ACT SECTION 67.

=> In this act section 67 INTERNET POLICE able to take action against that person who share abusive and unwanted and hate against someone on social media platforms , and if  that person file a case against a person who share that content then INTERNET POLICE do investigation  and if that perosn found guilty then INTERNET POLICE have rights to give him punishment for 3 years and charges fine upto 5 lakhs rupees.

3. IPC SECTION 507.

=> If any person gives threat to someone and then someone file case against him then INTERNET POLICE do investigation if that person found guilty ,then INTERNET POLICE have rights to give him 2 years punishment under this IPC section 507. 

Example:- If person X give treat to Y and Y filed case against X then internet police do investigation , if X found guilty then Internetpolice have rights to give punishment for 2 years.

3. IT ACT SECTION 66E

=> If a person share someone's private photos on internet/social media platforms and start blackmailing someone then this person have rights to file a case against that person then Internetpolice do investigation and if  he/she  found guilty then Internetpolice police have rights to give him punishment for 3years and charges fine upto rs 3 lakh.
